Who we are and what this policy covers
UNITED Technologies is a technology services business based in Ghana. This policy covers this informational website, its cookie-preference controls, and enquiries sent through its contact links. It is intended to be read in the context of Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Client projects, employment processes, and software we develop for other organizations may involve different information and responsibilities. Those activities require their own notices and agreements. The example solutions on this website are descriptions of capabilities, not services through which this website collects patient, insurance, payment, or citizen records.
Information involved in using the website
You can read the website without creating an account. It currently has no enquiry forms, newsletter sign-up, file uploads, checkout, or payment processing. We do not ask visitors to submit identity documents, financial details, health records, or other sensitive information through this website.
If you choose to email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you send. Contact links open your email application; a message is sent only when you send it. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive client information before an appropriate secure channel is agreed.
When the site is hosted, hosting and network services may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time to deliver and protect the site. The exact provider configuration, locations, and log-retention periods remain subject to confirmation.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your questions, discuss requested services, arrange follow-up, and maintain the correspondence needed for that relationship. Technical request information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, and the investigation of misuse. Browser preference storage allows the website to remember your privacy choices.
The relevant legal justification depends on the activity: your requested steps towards a service engagement, a legitimate and proportionate operational purpose, an applicable legal obligation, or consent where required. The processing basis for each production provider must be documented before publication. Reading this policy does not itself give consent to optional tracking.
Cookies and browser storage
The site currently has no optional analytics or advertising trackers. Its preference panel saves a necessary localStorage record named united-technologies-consent on your device. This records a version, timestamp, and your functional, performance, and marketing choices; it does not contain your name or email address.
A saved choice is treated as valid for 180 days. An expired record is no longer used as permission, although the browser may retain it until it is replaced or you clear site storage. If storage is unavailable, the choice may not persist. Optional categories default to off, and selecting them currently does not install an analytics or advertising service.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices. You may also clear site storage in your browser. Changes to future optional services will require an updated notice and, where necessary, renewed consent. Changing cookie choices does not prevent necessary page-delivery requests or the font requests described below.
Fonts, email, and external links
The website loads the Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font services when requesting these resources, which can expose network and device request information such as your IP address. These font requests are currently made independently of the optional-cookie settings.
Our email uses the unitedtechnologiesgh.com domain and is managed through cPanel. The underlying email and hosting companies and their processing locations still require confirmation. Email handling also involves your own mail provider when you send a message.
Social links take you to external websites. We do not embed social feeds on this site. External sites, your email application, and font-service providers have their own terms and privacy practices; please review them when relevant.
Retention and security
Enquiries should be retained only for the period needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Specific email, backup, and technical-log periods have not yet been confirmed; these are listed in the review details below. The browser-preference validity period is described separately above.
Access controls, secure transmission, backup practices, and incident handling must reflect the actual hosting and email configuration. No system can guarantee complete security. This policy does not claim a security certification, a particular server location, or an incident-response deadline that has not been verified.
Your choices, rights, and concerns
Under applicable Ghanaian data protection law, rights include access to information about the processing of your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, objection in relevant circumstances, and giving or withdrawing consent. Requests to erase, block, or stop processing information depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. You may also raise a complaint with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
To make a request, email info@unitedtechnologiesgh.com with enough information to identify the correspondence or concern. We may need proportionate identity verification before providing personal information. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed. Withdrawing consent does not automatically remove records that must be retained on another lawful basis.
This website does not make automated decisions about visitors’ eligibility for services, credit, insurance, healthcare, or employment. Its AI service examples describe what we can build; they are not an AI decision system operating on this site.

Children’s information
The website presents business technology services and does not offer children’s accounts or request information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact our team so the circumstances can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Updates to this policy
This notice should be updated when the website’s functionality, providers, or data practices change. The date shown on the page identifies the latest draft revision. Where a change requires a new choice or additional notice, it should be provided before the new processing begins.

Details to confirm before publication
- Confirm the hosting and email service companies, processing countries, subcontractors, and any international-transfer arrangements. cPanel is the identified control panel, not the confirmed hosting company.
- Confirm enquiry, email, backup, security-log, and incident retention schedules, together with the operational safeguards used by those providers.
- Confirm the privacy request owner, response process, and applicable Data Protection Commission registration details. Verify that info@unitedtechnologiesgh.com is monitored for privacy requests.
